ICBM Electro-Mechanical Team Cheif

Oversees the maintenance and operation of ground and air missiles, spacelift boosters, and payload systems, along with their guidance and control subsystems. Gathers and analyzes system performance data. Performs and supervises maintenance on both automated and manual electronic testing, launch control, and support equipment.

Designs and supervises the assembly, calibration, operation, troubleshooting, and testing of research and development systems and support equipment.

Monitors and operates consoles, fault display panels, and testing equipment, keeping an eye on the status of missiles, spacelift boosters, payloads, and other subsystems. Ensures proper operation and checkout of testing equipment.

Supervises and executes maintenance on missile and spacelift booster systems, as well as launch processing. Directs the work of contractor personnel during space launch activities. Operates, calibrates, inspects, and maintains missiles, integration systems, aerospace equipment, and both automated and manual test equipment. Diagnoses flight data from operational and test launches, and manages coding for intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).
